Scale and Capacity Planning

DinoXscape is 3,000 sqm. Among indoor parks with dinosaur themes, we rank first. Featuring 13 different attractions, we considered extensive layouts to account for crowd dispersion and drive high throughput—ROI’s primary levers.

The project aimed to deliver a seamless, fully functional, and integrated solution. This would drive visitor traffic, enable the operator to profitably extract more revenue from the primary offering, and ultimately cement the operator's sustained profitability.

Themed Immersion Design: Driving Profit and Brand Attraction

We completely transformed DinoXscape into an immersive Jurassic world that allows guests to experience a hybrid cinematic attraction. Jurassic World describes a themed attraction consisting of high-fidelity animatronics, landscaped terrain, and specifically designed cinematic lighting. Our design of high-impact, low-maintenance animatronics is intended to allow guests to spontaneously create and share user-generated mobile content, enhancing brand and engineering visibility at no cost. This engineering design automatically creates a system to sustain viral marketing and the increasing number of active participants.

Dino Park

Our Dino Park zone serves as the thematic core of the facility as an immersive walkthrough zone with life-sized dinosaurs, interactive educational displays, and animatronics that respond to motion and sound. Entering this zone is designed to create an immediate "wow factor" to capture interest and anchor an emotional engagement that supports lengthier stays. This combination of visual engagement, immersion, and family-friendly adventure is a top-earning feature, driving social media engagement and repeat visitation. This zone also acts as a natural crowd flow regulator, directing guests to the rear of the park and distributing visitors over several of the activity zones. From an operator's perspective, the Dino Park theme adds substantial narrative interest without high daily labor effort or complex maintenance.

Trampoline Park

The Trampoline Park promotes vertical movement and active gameplay to prolong stay times and higher APC. This zone features interlinked jumping courts, battle beams, foam pits, and dodgeball courts, all equipped with industry-standard protective padding and EN-style trampolines. The layout was designed to accommodate large group usage and birthday parties, as well as primary and secondary school excursions, maximising revenue on typically less profitable weekdays. Trampoline zones attract customers in the Southeast Asian market, and here they increase the park's appeal to older kids and young teens. By combining active participation and safe commercialization, we provide long-term attraction value with low odds of long maintenance downtime. This makes the Trampoline Park a consistently profitable revenue asset for park owners.

Go-Karts

The Indoor Go-Kart zone adds a high-adrenaline attraction, further enhancing the park's competitive advantage. With rides that are electric and designed for kids and teens, the track layout ensures the ability to navigate the track easily while having fun. We designed the layout to fit in a condensed area within the mega layout consistently so that there is high throughput and quick turnover between sessions. This is important to maximize revenue, and the Go-Kart zone adds a premium upsell opportunity that can be purchased as an extra ticket or standalone attraction, increasing APC. The controlled lighting and the scenery being dinosaur themed make this zone immersed in adventure and stand out from other competing attractions. This appeals to families, teens, and mall-goers who desire an exciting retail entertainment experience.

Soft Playground

The Soft Playground consists of multi-level climbing devices, slides, tunnels, ball pits, and sensory play elements, ensuring that even the youngest patrons remain engaged. The facility is designed and constructed using commercial-grade soft-padded elements that meet or exceed current worldwide safety and risk management guidelines. This area of the facility is designed and built to encourage parents to watch their children participate in physically active play, resulting in parents staying in the cafe longer and making additional cafe purchases. 

KidZania Jakarta remains inscribed in the history of Jakarta, Indonesia's most emblematic indoor `edutainment` center. It has, in its offers, a miniature indoor metropolis, designed in the educational format of a kid-sized city, where kids can partake in a range of over 100 role-playing activities. This award-winning indoor center, located in the Pacific Place Mall, seamlessly integrates instruction, play, and adventure while kids become uniformed employees of a plethora of partnered brand industries. KidZania facilitates the development of important social attributes such as teamwork, responsibility, and creativity as kids role-play and transform into professionals such as pilots, doctors, firemen, chefs, and reporters. KidZania has composed a global standard structured educational entertainment place, where parents feel their kids are safe. For these reasons, KidZania is a popular place for birthday parties, school excursions, and family weekends.
