Dreamland Playground is top of quality. Quality means doing it right--Right equipment in right place. Moreover, Safety should be the top priority in any business. High end playground equipment quality that meets all international safety standards is very important to make the business success.

Dreamland Playground equipment is built from high quality materials and component specifications so that it meets or exceeds all relevant safety standards . Careful details mean a better play experience and long lifetime. We use the third party testing labs approved by the U.S. Consumer Products Safety Commission to provide different testings.

Why is the quality of playground equipment so important?

The answer is quite simple. Dreamland Playground helps to ensure that your purchase lasts many years and maintains a high level of safety with our high quality of playground equipment. That’s to say, having high quality playground equipment would help greatly in reducing the maintenance cost and ensuring the long-term profitability. 

WHAT MAKES US DIFFERENCE In QUALITY?

On first glance, playground equipments from different manufacturers look similar. But when check details, you can find the quality is totally different. Below are some examples that show the quality differences between Dreamland playgrounds and the low quality playgrounds of other companies.

1.Quality difference in indoor playground

Most indoor playground equipment though look very similar can be cheap quality among different manufacturers. Dreamland Playground uses the highest standard materials and follows a strict manufacturing process. Dreamland Playground only sells safe, durable and well-designed indoor playgrounds.

(1)Steel pipes

Not all steel pipes are strong. Dreamland Playground uses thickness from 2.0 mm-3.25 mm for the steel pipes. Dreamland Playground can write the specifications in the sales contract and can be verified by our customers when they check our equipment.

Dreamland Playground steel pipes are hot-dip galvanized where the whole pipe is soaked in a bath of molten zinc so the pipes are protected from rusty. In comparison, some companies use cheaper processes such as “electroplated coatings”, such steel is not real galvanized steel, those pipes are easily to be rusted.

(2) Connectors

Dreamland Playground makes our own molds for clamps. They are made of galvanized steel with powder-coating to prevent from rusting. You can test the quality of the clamps with a heavy hammer. You will find the differences between Dreamland Playground and other companies with low quality clamps.

(3) Platform

Dreamland Playground platforms are made of wood with 20 mm thickness, covered by 5 0mm foam which is complied with the GB6675-2003 standard. In comparison, the platforms of some other manufacturers might be only around 30 mm.

Dreamland Playground platforms are completely wrapped in EPE foam and sponge covered with the PVC tarpaulin. So the platforms are soft and safe enough.

(4) Foam noodles

Not all foam noodles are durable and fire resistant. The foam noodles with high density EPE material with glossy bright PVC vinyl. The PVC vinyl is UV-resistant even in sunlight to be durable and stronger. Dreamland Playground has foam noodles in fire resistance to match ASTM standards.

2.Quality difference in trampoline park

(1) Galvanized steel frames with powder coating

We do not just match the best manufacturing standards in the world – we exceed it. Dreamland Playground trampoline frames are made from 80 mm x 80 mm tubes with 4 mm thickness. With Dutch Akzo powder in sand blasting technology, the colors are more durable, more adhesive force and safer to play. Dreamland Playground has powder coating machines for various colors to choose.

(2) Springs

The essence of a Trampoline Park is the quality of the bounce. Not only do the springs have to be made from the best quality steel but also they must be the right length to match the trampoline park. Dreamland Playground springs is made of piano wire. Non-deformability and tensile elongation is 5 times better than manganese steel.

(3) Trampoline pads

Dreamland Playground adopt soft pads made of 0.45 mm-0.55 mm thickness PVC skin with 120 N.M tension horizontally, vertically and eco-friendly EPE . Thickness is 70 mm. The pads are cut trapezoidal to ensure safety for users.

(4) Jumping mat

The trampoline mats also make a difference to the quality of the bounce. We offer both the economically-priced black tarp mats and the woven string mats as used by the professionals. Dreamland Playground jumping mat is imported from USA. It complies with ASTM standard.

3.Quality difference in ninja warrior course

(1)Truss Frame

Our truss frames are made of high quality aluminum. They're much lighter than steel truss, and better elasticity and toughness than steel. If steel truss, it’s too heavy to be installed.

(2)Clamps

Clamps are the soul of ninja course same as spring of the Trampoline Park, and here’re 2 typed: swivel clamps (connecting truss structure with cross bars) and eye bolt clamps (connecting cross bars with obstacles).

Dreamland Playground clamps passed TUV test, and it can load 500 KGS.

(3)Chains

The chains Dreamland Playground used are coated. To be honest, at the beginning, we also use chains without coated like other suppliers, but when we made test installation, we found that it was easily for kids to get hurt their fingers. And then we change it to coated ones now.

(4)Obstacle connection ways

As for the obstacles connection, what we used is one obstacle per pipe, while others used are chains or all obstacles in one pipe. It’s much more stable and durable for our ninja warrior course structure.
