Dreamland Playground's 2023 Year-End Convention

On the 2nd of February, the Dreamland family held an important event - the 2023 Year-End Meeting. Members from each department spoke on stage, summarising the successes and challenges of the past year, while setting their sights on 2024. A particular highlight was the design department leader's unveiling of the Mario Wall theme, a proof of innovation and creativity that resonated with all departments.

The detailed installation insights shared by the engineering department deepened our understanding of equipment installation and highlighted the importance of accuracy in the process. The spirit of collaboration in 2023 was promoted through the awarding of prizes, recognizing outstanding contributions, and inspiring a feeling of group spirit.

The end of the meeting marked the beginning of a new chapter, symbolized by an enjoyable team dinner. Colleagues shared stories and laughter while building friendships, setting the stage for continued excellence and coordination at Dreamland Playground in the new year.
