Dreamland Playground Successfully Hosts 2025 Awards Ceremony and Spring Team-Building Event

Spring is full of excitement and positivity. On April 15, 2026, all of us from Dreamland Playground—our sales team, designers, engineers, operators, and administrators—came together for the 2025 Awards Ceremony and Spring Team Building Event. Through all the fun and laughter, we reminisced about our victories in the past year and gained inspiration to move forward into 2026.

Right from the get-go, there was an exceptionally lively mood at the awards ceremony. In recognition of all their outstanding performance, the corporation rewarded outstanding employees with end-of-the-year bonuses. From sales who toil hard on the front lines, designers and engineers who break new boundaries of technology and innovation, or administrative staff quietly doing their part, everyone among the awardees embodied the concept of “Unifying our strengths to move forward, building dreams together.”

It is thanks to such seamless cross-department collaboration that Dreamland completed more than 5,000 projects in over 100 different countries. Applause resounded throughout the entire ceremony without pause, blending gratitude with pride.

Following the awards, everybody relaxed in a casual setting where there was a fun and interactive session of team-building exercises. There were various events, barbecues, and even games, all focusing on working in harmony and getting along well with each other. Overall, the event sure was a break from all the stresses of the work environment and allowed everyone to be immersed in the company’s cultural philosophy of “Work Happily, Live Healthily”. Laughter, cheers, and applause came together to give us the warmest memories of spring.

Dreamland Playground will continue collaborating with each member of the company in the coming year with great enthusiasm and determination to provide our customers with safety and innovation in our indoor playground equipment products, and together we will write a new chapter.
