Dreamland Playground Launches Lean Manufacturing Project

Dreamland Playground is pleased to announce the launch of a lean manufacturing project today. We take “continuous optimization and pursuit of excellence” as the core and practice craftsmanship in all production details. We deeply know that behind high-quality products are the countless “invisible” efforts—from complete material sets to assembly testing, from process optimization to cultivating lean concepts for all employees. We are eliminating redundant links through systematic improvements to improve efficiency and quality.

The project team will go deeply into the front line, using tools like value stream analysis and bottleneck breakthroughs, integrating lean thinking into daily production, and ensuring that every process can stand the test. We believe that only strictly controlling the source and improving the process can make customers’ products more reliable and trustworthy.
